He prides himself with only buying and serving the best, to his customers. He has worked and trained in some of the best restaurants in New York. He has been given a rating of 3 1/2 stars, as viewed in the NY Times, NY Magazine, Brooklyn Paper and many more editorials thru the Tri State Area.
