Chef Ken Deiner culinary odyssey began at a very youthful age, his family being of the restaurant business. His journey began the day he finished schooling and ventured into the temples of Manhattan Fine Dining and maintaining a seven-day work schedule that he holds sacred today.
In every venture that Chef Deiner takes on, he operates it as though.. "He's creating a New World". He takes his expertise to the extent of rising in the am hours to rush to the markets of New York or Philadelphia, to where he begins to hand select the freshest of seafood, meats and produce that are available.
He has such outstanding credits, such as: The Old Homestead, Acapella and L'orto of Manhattan.Capriccio and The River House and Fresca of New Jersey and New York Prime of Boca Raton, Florida
